The Northwest Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is home to the leading real estate appraisal practioners in Northwest Florida.  We are one of 91 chapters of the Appraisal Institute and serve approximately 115 members who practice or reside in Florida's Panhandle, from the state capital of Tallahassee to the beautiful beaches of Pensacola.   In addition to exhibiting a higher level of competence than the minimum standards required of appraisers who are solely state licensed or certified, our members are committed to upholding a rigorous code of ethics.  Thank you for visiting our website.
